Deposits are non-refundable but rebated to next invoice. No discounts. User responsible for location surcharges. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Email cancellations subject to $100 fee if within 48 hours. Weather-related rescheduling up to 24 hours prior at our discretion. 5.
